Jet Ski Rentals

I recently rented from Vet Adventures LLC, and while my experience initially didn’t go as smoothly as I had hoped, the way the company handled the situation truly impressed me. Jake, the Operations Manager, reached out personally to apologize and went above and beyond to make things right by releasing the payment hold and waiving the return fee. Their commitment to customer satisfaction was clear, and I really appreciate how professionally and respectfully they handled the issue. Mistakes can happen anywhere, but it’s rare to find a company that takes responsibility and works hard to fix them. I would definitely rent from Vet Adventures LLC again and recommend them to others looking for a company that truly cares about its customers!

SO MUCH FUN! You guys HAVE to explore Douglas Lake on Jet Skis! I grew up on a lake and spent my entire childhood on a boat but never had an experience like this! Incredible open water and thousands of quiet little coves where you can see herons, egrets, cranes turtles and more! Wes the owner is awesome and he and the other co-owner served in our military so there’s nobody else I’d rather give my money to. Awesome equipment, new jet ski with speakers which took the whole experience up a few notches. So glad we did this! Thank you Vets for your service and for the awesome experience!

We wanted to rent jet skis from and chose Vet Adventures due to them being a small business, and they did not disappoint! The jet skis had speakers on them with bluetooth capabilities and a cooler on the back of it - everything being lightly used. It was my first time driving a jet ski by myself and they went over everything. There was some debris in the water from storms; however, they told us to stay on the main channel and we were fine. I greatly appreciate your professionalism and can't wait to come back again!

Vet adventures was great! We rented jet skis, they were in great shape and just the right amount of power for teenagers. They showed up on time and the pricing was reasonable. I rented a jet ski, and it was awesome! Gas Tank was full when we started, all we had to do was fill out some paperwork and they will put the ski in the water and you ride away! very simple and easy team to work with. Especially for us doing this on a vacation everything, it worked out great. When I come back, I'm going with Vet adventures!

My family and I rented four jet skis from Vet Adventures, and it was a great experience from start to finish. The jet skis are brand new, which was nice. We had a military discount applied to the rental, which is by far the cheapest on the lake. Also, we didn't have to bring them back refueled, which I imagine saved us another 150 dollars or so. The launch was smooth at the dock. More instructions are provided in the notes, but they launch from the Dandridge Dock at the specified time. We watched a quick video, took a quick test, signed a checklist, and were on the lake in minutes.

Vet adventures is the best bang for your buck! Me and my Fiancé were able to ride jet skis all day for only $425 per ski. Not only was the experience cheap but the skis were brand new and ran perfectly! The team at Vet Adventures LLC were nice and responsive throughout every step of the process! From the general inquiry, all the way up to finishing our day, Vet Adventures LLC was top notch. I would definitely recommend anyone who’s in the Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg area to take the short drive to the lake and enjoy a fun filled day out on the water!
